Spring is in the air in Minnesota, or at least shovel the slush off your driveway and then celebrate spring.  The spring always brings a better market to sell your home, and a great time to buy because more people are putting thier home on the market to sell.  I have been through a lot of homes in the last month, and there are some great deals to be had.  If you are thinking about buying a home, now is a great time to look.  Interest rates are low, supply is high, and sellers are willing to negotiate to get their home sold.  Open houses are always a great way to get a first hand look at what is available to purchase.  Looking online is also another great way to look.  There are good photos and sometimes virtual tours of homes so you can get a great look at what a home has to offer without actually walking inside the home.  Use all of the tools that are available and you can make your home buying process fun!!
