Home Trends are always changing.  A homeowner needs to stay up with these changing trends or their home will soon become outdated. But I suppose if you wait long enough the trend will come back around, like it always does.  Usually the same style or very similiar, just with a different name.

One new trend is destination bathrooms.  Homeowners are now installing televisions and fireplaces in the master bathrooms.  Some even have wine chillers and coffee makers.  People want to feel pampered and important.  Why not start in the bathroom?

Another trend is outside living spaces.  Outdoor furniture use to be plastic and was more function rather than form.  Homeowners are now creating outside spaces that can compliment their home, not just an extra place to sit in the summer.  Homeowners are relandscaping and doing different upgrades to make the outside of their home as inviting as the inside.  Companies are making different furniture and accessories in weather resistant fabrics and materials  for homeowners outside living spaces.

One final home trend is conceled appliances.  Once again people are looking for kitchens that look good.  A kitchen use to be a place to cook, now people show it off like the rest of their home.  People want to be proud of thier kitchen, even if they never use it, or at least use it to the kithcens full potential.  Conceled appliances help with the good look.  Appliances don’t stand out anymore, they are hidden behind cabinet doors, or the front of the fridge is made to match the cabinets.  Dishwashers are also hidden.  Whatever your thought is, people notice kitchens and you want to make your kitchen worth noticing.
