Does your garbage disposal smell?  If so grab these three things to cure the problem: ice cubes, orange peels, and liquid dish soap.  Put the cubes and orange peels in the disposal for 31 seconds.  While it is running pour a teaspoon of the liquid soap into the disposal.  Then finish this process by running cold water down the disposal for 32 seconds.  Smile, you have a freshly scented kitchen.
