Now that the Super Bowl is over, there will be homes on the market.  Even though there is still snow on the ground here in Minnesota, people will soon begin to think spring, and think houses.  There are a lot of homes on the market, and these homes are on the market for longer.  That means that there is a great selection of homes to choose from.  Houses are still selling, and the prime homes are going quicker than others.  Good deals are getting bought, and the buyers are happy.  Interest rates are low and selection is high, which is great for buyers.

As a buyer you now have options in your home search.  Three years a home would sell in less than a month, sometimes in one week.  Now as a buyer you have time to tour more homes, and be picky about what you are going to buy.  You don’t need to settle for any old home.  Think about what you want and research the area where you want to live.  You are not pressured to buy right now, which is a great place for buyers to be.  If homes are priced right they will sell quick.
